We understand that everyone has different capabilities and individual strengths and a one size fits all approach to something like rescues is never going to work. we're dedicated to working with you to find practical solutions and tactics suited to your unique abilities to meet the demands and objectives of the course.

BCAB Stadium Safety & Rescue.
This 4 hour, hands on training session will support you to consider safe practices, provide simple practical solutions to common issues and appropriate responses to incidents, providing peace of mind when using artificial, white water venues. the course is completely based around training, raising awareness with no assessment. Structured to support you.

While on the course
- You will develop a raised awareness of the artificial, white water environment
- You will explore and practice different ways to provide a rescue from the bank
- You will be supported in practising personal rescue skills
- You will develop techniques to rescue swimmers from the water
- You’ll pick up tips to recover both craft and paddles
- You will know how to prioritise and structure rescues
We are running a SSRT over 3 evenings in July at Holme Pierrepont country park, 17:30 - 19:30 on;

BCAB Paddlesport safety & Rescue.
Join us for the British Canoeing Awarding Body Paddle Sport Safety and Rescue Course - A relaxed and fun day on the water practicing effective safety and rescue techniques for the sheltered water environment.

On this course you will be introduced to a wide range of techniques, tricks, and rescues to keep yourself and others safe in the sheltered water environment designed to support you in developing your skills and awareness without the pressure of an assessment.



White water leader school
This five-day course, delivered by Aquaforge and Whitewater Way is designed to give you everything you need to confidently work toward your White Water Leader qualification.

You'll cover the full leadership and safety syllabus, with time built in to focus on your individual needs, whether that’s personal paddling skills, river reading, rescues, or group management. You’ll leave with a clear action plan, a thorough review of your progress, and a strong understanding of your next steps.
