Designed for paddlers who are confident on Grade 2 white water and comfortable handling Grade 3 most of the time, this course will give you the chance to push your limits across some of the North's best rivers such as the Leven, Kent, Upper Tees, Tees Racecourse, Lune, Duddon, Wear, Lowther, Rawthey, and the list goes on. You’ll build your skills in a range of environments, from pushy, technical Grade 2/3 to more challenging white water.

While Grade 4 won't be our primary focus, if the conditions align and you're up for it, we won’t hesitate to challenge you with steeper rapids. Plus, if the water falls in the right places, we’ll dive into developing or refining your Boof the key move for taking on steeper rivers with style, control, and confidence.

This course is all about broadening your river experience, sharpening your skills, and giving you the confidence to take on whatever comes next.

Requirements

 

• This course requires the learners not to be new to the moderate water environment and can happily paddle on grade 2/3

• It is also beneficial if you have a reliable white water roll

• All participants must be 18 or over
